Terms of use

By playing Goshen you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are written to be easy to understand.

Beta

Goshen is in beta. Features may change, and things may sometimes break or be reset while we build. We will try to tell players about big changes first.

Who can play

You must be 13 or older. Keep your password private and do not share your account.

Be kind

No bullying, hate, threats or unkind words.
No sharing links, phone numbers, addresses or other personal details in chats.
No scams, cheating, pretending to be someone else, or pretending to be the Goshen team.
No adult content, gambling, or anything illegal.

We may hide content, pause or close accounts that break these rules.

Game money

Money and Talents in Goshen are for the game only. They have no real-world value and cannot be swapped back for real money. If you buy game money, the price is shown clearly before you pay. Purchases of game money are not refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise.

Billboard ads

Paid ads are checked by our team before they go live and run for 7 days. Ads that break the rules are removed without a refund. Three player reports can hide an ad while we check it.

Coaching

Coaches are checked by our team before you can book them. Sessions are private between you and your coach. Coaching is not a replacement for professional medical, legal or emergency help.

What you share

You own what you write. You let us show it in the game so other players can see it where you chose to share it.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Goshen safe and working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
